The Buea Council Today Tuesday 23rd of May 2023, received an important guest in the person of Philippe Accilien, the Country representative of the American program USAID. Received in audience by the 2nd Deputy Mayor of the Buea Council, Mr. Mosoko Edward Motowe.
The American diplomat came to apprise the actual state of the flash float disaster. It was an opportunity for the Buea Council through the 2nd deputy Mayor to present some of the pertinent issues faced by the municipality, with hopes that the august guest will channel them to the appropriate quoters where some of them can be looked into. The visit ended with tour around the municipality for a concrete view of the situation.
